Cheese For Fun !
This is a 2 to 3 hour learning experience designed for beginners. No prior knowledge is required. This course will equip you with cheese basics, from basic cheesemaking to cheese classification, and show you how to appreciate cheese. You will taste 5 types of cheeses and end refreshed with 2 cups of specialty coffee, specially blended to pair with the cheeses.
There is an option to pair with specially selected beverages (Wines, Craft Beer, Japanese Sake)
Course Fee:
Option1 : RM350 (tuition + cheese only with complimentary specialty coffee)
Option 2 : RM700 (tuition + cheese with beverages (Wines, Craft Beer, Japanese Sake))

Cheese Workshop 101
This is a 3 hour workshop designed for beginners. The workshop will equip you with cheese basics and tips on how to appreciate cheese. You will have hands-on experience in creating a cheese platter. You will taste 6 cheeses and experience pairing cheese with selected wines
