This course will introduce you to different types of cheese and let you experience the structured approach to tasting cheese. Level One features 25 classic cheeses.
At Ant & Knee CheeseLab, we believe that our passion and soul can only be experienced through face-to-face sessions. Our classes will be small (maximum 8 pax), consisting of 1 or 2 sessions, totalling to 8 to 10 hours depending on the options. Our specially designed course features:

tutored tasting of minimum 12 cheeses from the Academy’s list of 25 cheeses

a unique experience in cheese and beverage pairing

12-month subscription to the Academy of Cheese, access to the Academy’s online Learning Road and a copy of the Academy of Cheese delegates pack, where you will have access to Cheese Library with over 150 cheeses and beverage pairings

certified accreditation as an Associate of the Academy of Cheese, UK after passing an online assessment
There will be sufficient cheese for you to re-taste later, so bring it home or enjoy them with friends and family members.
